In March 2024, a new energy customer designed a CTB400 new energy battery frame, requiring a production capacity of 50 units, 80 units in July, and 110 units in October.
As soon as the digital model of the product was received, the technical and process personnel immediately organized the analysis of the drawing, arranged the laser to design the fixture first, and invested in raw materials, personnel, and equipment (laser cutting equipment, robots and welders) according to the customer's production capacity requirements. In the proofing stage, we actively contacted customers: sales, quality, process, and front-line employees, so that in the subsequent mass production improvements, we can quickly and accurately meet the customer's quality, production capacity, and delivery requirements.
